Stretch & Conditioning

Our stretch and conditioning class is a supplemental class that focuses on stretching different parts of the body. This class gives students the opportunity to better their physical endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. With this class, it allows students to grow as a dancer and use these skills in any other dance class that they are also taking.

This class is an innovative way to condition our dancers to be the best that they can be. This class offers different stretching techniques and different endurance sessions making it an all-around great class. We educate our students on the proper movement quality and its importance, as well as teaching them ways to be stronger and improve their workout and recovery.
