Ballet Toes Stretching

Our ballet toes stretching class is offered for those students who are taking ballet to teach them the fundamentals of foot movements, technique and execution of movements revolving around ballet. It helps students strengthen certain muscles to help aid in the Pointe classes as well as classical and modern ballet. We also teach our students at home exercises to help them continue to gain strength and flexibility. This class is a great supplemental class to train specific muscles and work on their flexibility to grow as a dancer. With this class, it will help students with pointing their toes, strengthening ankles, improving turnouts and extensions.
