Tumbling

Tumbling teaches students flexibility, strength, and control of their body. Students will learn skills of limbers, walkovers, handsprings, cartwheels, round-offs, chest stands, handstands, and much more. Tumbling is a type of dance that incorporates gymnastics and dance and our dance instructors are able to teach these skills to students no matter what skill levels our students start out at.

The tumbling class teaches students the correct technique to perform tricks and teaches how to make these moves graceful and flowing to the sounds of music. This class is great for students who love both gymnastics and dance and it teaches great control over their body movements which is a great skill to take into any other forms of dance.
